Q: I am a NEW Homeowner at Schonenberg Estate.
How do I get LOGIN details to the website?
A: Click on REGISTER & complete the form.
This is not an automated process but rather an e-mail sent to the Estate Offices.
Your data will be confirmed by the Estate Office, after which your profile will be created.
The system will send an e-mail with LOGIN details to your contact e-mail address.


Q: I received LOGIN details, but I can not remember my password?
A: Click on LOGIN and choose “forgot password”.
Choose from a selection of options the problem you are experiencing.
If the system does not have your correct e-mail address, it will not recognize your profile.
If this happens, you need to contact the Schonenberg Estate Offices.

A: Download the Owner Security Application Form from the website and bring it along to the Security Office at the Waterstone Village Entrance. Your ID will be a pre-requisite (please enquire beforehand as to what fee is payable).

How do I organize access to the estate?

A: Download New Tenant Application Form from the website and bring it along to the Security Office at the Waterstone Village Entrance. Your ID will be a pre-requisite (please enquire beforehand as to what fee is payable).

 

Q: I am a new tenant - how do I get login details to the website?

A: Once you have registered for access to the estate your details will be loaded onto the Estate Website. You will receive an e-mail with login details.
